Do all parcels require signature upon delivery?
Yes — all our parcels are sent out requiring a signature upon delivery. This is to ensure your items arrive to you safely without risk of being left out in bad weather or unattended. You can, however, change the delivery to non-signature at your own risk. To do so, please follow the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email to change your delivery preferences. Maimoa Creative is NOT responsible for any product theft or damage if you choose non-signature delivery.
Where do you ship?
Currently we ship within New Zealand and Australia. All orders are tracked.
How much will shipping cost?
Within New Zealand
Shipping costs range from $7.00 - $8.00 NZD nationwide for urban addresses (extra for rural), using tracked courier. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
Within Australia
Shipping starts at $15.00AUD+ and is calculated based on weight.
How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Orders are sent on Mon-Fri by 11am. Once dispatched, please allow 1-3 (NZ) or 4-14 (AUS) working days for your purchase to arrive.
Do you offer a pickup service?
No, unfortunately we no longer offer pickup. Please check out our list of stockists to see if there is a store near you that stocks our products.
Where's my order?
If you haven't received your order after 3 (NZ) or 14 (AUS) working days from the date of dispatch, please:
- Check your tracking details first. All our orders require a signature upon delivery. If no one was available to sign, your package might be waiting at a courier depot.
- If your tracking information doesn’t clarify the situation, get in touch with us within 7 days of your expected delivery date so we can assist.
- If an order is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, an additional shipping fee will be charged to have it redelivered.
