How can I order?
Custom Print orders are opened for a 48-hr window every month. Upcoming release periods can be found on the product page.
Once orders are open, you can place your order directly through the website. You will need to know the word count (calculate here), what size you would like (A4, A3, A2 or A1), and choose if you would like it framed (only available for Pepeha Prints and A2 and A1 custom prints).
How are they created?
Our custom prints are hand-lettered with love using carbon black ink on Italian acid free 250gsm art paper. A2 and A1 prints are hand-lettered and then digitised and printed on quality textured art paper.
What does it cost?
Cost is based on paper size and word count. You can check pricing on the individual product pages. Pepeha and Birth Prints have a flat rate cost.
How long will it take?
Please allow between 2-4 weeks for your order to be completed.
What style options do you have?
All our prints our hand-lettered in a brush-lettering style using carbon black ink on white paper. We do offer smaller script style font for smaller details or translations if requested.
Can I have a translation included as well?
Absolutely. We will hand-letter whatever you provide. If you want the translation to be smaller and more subtle like in our examples, let us know and we will make sure to adjust the sizing and send you a layout mockup first for approval. Make sure to include the translation text in the total word count.
Will I get a chance to see a mockup first?
The text provided will be layed out to best fit the page. There may be extra added line breaks, or the words will be layed out in an ‘edge-to-edge’ style with no paragraphs. We will be in touch with a draft mockup of text layout for approval first. For Pepeha and Large Custom Prints we always send a final proof for approval before sending to the printers.
Is there a word count limit?
Yes. For A4 size there is a maximum word count of 50 words. For A3-A1 there is a maximum word count of 100 words.
Will you proof-read my text before hand-lettering?
NO. We will write the text exactly as it is provided. Please ensure you are happy with how it is provided, as we do not provide refunds if it was your error. If you require assistance with grammar and spelling checking, or translation services, then please get in touch beforehand for a quote and we can add that to your order.
