Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with what you purchased, so please contact us via email if you have any issues with your order and we will work our hardest to solve the problem.
We do not offer a return service if you change your mind on a product, however we do offer replacements for faulty or damaged products. Although we aim to ensure your products arrive to you safely, we cannot guarantee this once we hand over the parcel for shipping.
Faulty or damaged goods
Should your order arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within five days of receiving your item via e-mail, including a photo of the damage/fault. If a replacement is available it will be sent out to you at no charge. For items damaged in transit, please keep all packaging for claiming purposes.
Out-of-stock
In the unlikely event that there is not enough stock to fulfil your order, we will be in touch within 24hours to notify you and either offer you store credit, a replacement product, or a refund.
Incorrect orders
Should your order not include all the items you ordered, please contact us within five days of receiving your parcel via e-mail to inform us of the error and we will address it as soon as possible. Please ensure you have correctly read any fulfilment emails first, as some items are sent from different locations and may take longer to fulfil.
Wrong Address
Maimoa Creative is not responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly at check out and will not replace these items once they are shipped. Please double check and make sure you enter the correct shipping address.
