Kāri Māori is a deck of thoughtfully designed playing cards that celebrates the Māori language and culture, while supporting local creatives, makers and businesses. A collaboration project by Konei and Maimoa Creative, released during Matariki 2021. A treasured taonga for whānau that encourages play, laughter, unity, and learning.

Kāri Māori are 100% designed and made in Aotearoa.

NZD postage is $7.00+ NZD nationwide (extra for rural), using tracked courier. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.

AUS postage starts at $15.00 NZD+

Gorgeous, functional and a taonga I will treasure for life!

As a pākehā learning Te Reo, I thought I would treat myself and my whānau to these cards to add another element of immersion to our whare wākāinga. These cards completely exceeded my expectations. Not only are they absolutely gorgeous, they are made of a really sturdy thickness card, in a gorgeous gold embossed box that will store them safely for years to come. I was blown away by the level of detail and the clear aroha that went into designing these. These are really special, and I plan to order many more to give as treasured presents to friends and whānau. He tino pai tō mahi!, Ka rawe!

Pretty flash

These are amazing cards. The design is something I look at for ages. I don't think I'll ever use them to be honest; they're too nice.
